Tag 2 NCAA players from the 2025-26 season in the comments of the challenge post. Any two from ESPN’s top 100 list ↗ - open it, pick your two, search their names on Instagram and tag them. They deserve to witness what your shoes have become.
Be one of the first 32. You'll be sent the entry form to submit photos of your pair.
Qualify. Reesey reviews every entry. The crustier the better: this bracket rewards suffering.

How the voting works
Each matchup goes up as a post on Instagram and TikTok. Vote by commenting the name of the shoe that needs saving more ("Dunk Low Coast" vs "Air Jordan 11"). Voting stays open about 48 hours per matchup. Most comments wins and moves on.
LIVE events. The Ate-Up Eight, the Final Flight, the Consolation Clean and the championship are decided live on Instagram and TikTok, votes counted in real time. The shoe with the most votes when the live ends advances.

For entrants who followed, tagged their 2 NCAA players and got the invite. Reesey reviews every submission; you'll hear back whether your pair made the field of 32.
The rules, plainly
- 32 spots. First 32 qualified entries are in; everyone after joins the waitlist for drop-outs and next season.
- Entry requires following @footedbyreesey and tagging 2 NCAA players from ESPN’s 2025-26 top 100 on the challenge post, then submitting the form above.
- Shoes must be genuinely worn, distressed or damaged. Reesey's condition review is final. Clean shoes will be lovingly rejected.
- One entry per person. Winners bring their shoes to whichever Atlanta drop-off location is nearer them, any time that location is open, like any booking.
- Prizes are the services named above, honored within 60 days of the final. No cash value.
- Vote counts at close are final. Bot or purchased engagement disqualifies the entry.
