My story
FOOTEDBYREESEY officially started in 2017 when I began reselling sneakers, but my love for shoes goes back much further than that.
Growing up as a hooper, sneakers were always part of the lifestyle. I was into shoes before I ever thought about turning that passion into a business - all the way back to the early Nike iD days, when getting to design your own pair felt like a big deal.
When I started reselling, I would come across pre-owned pairs that needed a little work before I could sell them. A cleaning here, some color brought back there, fixing the details that made a worn pair look worn. That’s where restoration started for me…

Before you ask
How does booking work?
Submit a request through the website with clear photos of the item. I will review its condition, confirm the recommended service and send your final quote. Once the service is approved and the 50% deposit is paid, you will receive drop-off or mail-in instructions.
How long does service take?
Standard turnaround time is approximately 5-10 business days after your shoes have been received and the required deposit has been paid. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the condition of the item, the services requested, material availability or unexpected restoration issues. You'll be contacted if additional time is needed.
Are the listed prices final?
Listed prices cover the standard service described. After reviewing your photos and inspecting the item, I may recommend additional work based on its condition. You will always receive a final quote and approve any additional work before service begins. No extra work is carried out without your authorization.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required before an item can be dropped off or mailed in. Work does not begin until the deposit has been received.
Where can I drop off my shoes?
Two options in Metro Atlanta. Decatur: leave your pair in the FOOTEDBYREESEY locker at Chrisp Cuts, 4919 Flat Shoals Pkwy, any day they are open. Your locker number and access code are emailed once your deposit is paid, and pairs are collected every Sunday at midday. Powder Springs: a meet-up rather than a locker. Reesey texts you to arrange a time and a spot in downtown Powder Springs, so there is nothing to print and no locker to find. The Powder Springs locker is still being built. Mail-in is available from anywhere in the US.
Do you accept mail-ins?
Yes, from anywhere in the US. Submit your photos through the website and wait for approval before shipping. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to FOOTEDBYREESEY.
