FOOTEDBYREESEY accepts mail-in orders from across the U.S. Every pair receives the same attention and care as the shoes dropped off in person.
Book first and ship second - nothing leaves your house until your shoes have been reviewed and your quote is confirmed.
Step 01 - Book & upload
Choose your service, upload clear photos of your shoes, and select “I’ll mail them in” during the final step.
Fill in your return address details while you are there - it is what your finished pair gets sent back to, and it lets Reesey price the return label accurately.
Step 02 - Get your quote
Reesey will personally review your photos, confirm what your shoes need, and send your final quote.
If the result you want cannot be safely achieved, you’ll know prior to making a payment.
Step 03 - Ship your shoes
Once your deposit is paid, you’ll receive the shipping address and complete shipping instructions by email.
You’ll be notified when your shoes arrive safely at the studio. Once your restoration is complete, you’ll receive finished photos before your shoes are shipped back to you.
Shipping costs
You cover shipping in both directions. The return label is charged at cost, so you pay what it costs and nothing on top.

- The return labelReesey works out what it actually costs and adds that amount to your final invoice. It is shown as its own line, so you can see it apart from the work.
- Shipping backYour pair goes out once that invoice, the service plus return shipping, is paid in full.
The return amount depends on where you are and how many pairs are going back, so it is shown on the invoice rather than quoted in advance. Insurance and signature confirmation are available and are added at cost as well. You may also buy and send your own prepaid return label instead, at your own risk.
How to pack your shoes
- Use a sturdy shipping box. Do not ship your shoes in a shoebox by itself - it may be crushed during transit.
- Leave the original shoebox at home unless you’ve arranged to have it cleaned.
- Keep the laces in your shoes. They’ll be cleaned as part of your service.
- Ship with tracking and insure the package for the replacement value of your shoes.
- Send your tracking number after the package has been shipped.
FOOTEDBYREESEY is responsible for your shoes while they are in my care, but not while they are in the shipping carrier’s possession.
