3 · Show me the shoes

Clear photos let Reesey confirm your quote quickly. Photos taken on a phone are fine.

4 · Hand-off & confirm

Choose how your shoes reach Reesey. Every option ends the same way, with your pair back in your hands.

    Dropping them off

    1. Pay your 50% deposit.
    2. You get an email with your locker number, the code that opens it, and the address and opening hours of the spot you picked.
    3. Bring your pair any time they are open, and leave it in the FOOTEDBYREESEY locker.

    Pickup

    1. When the work is finished, Reesey sends you photos of your shoes and a link to pay the balance.
    2. Once the balance is paid, she puts your pair in a locker at the same place you dropped it off. It may not be the same locker, so go by the number she sends.
    3. You get a message with the locker number and its code.
    4. Collect any time it is open. No appointment needed.

    How fast can I get them back?

    Standard turnaround is 5-10 business days after payment and once your shoes have been dropped off or delivered. 72 Hour Rush is +$20, 48 Hour Rush is +$30.

    Where do the shoes go?

    Drop them in the locker at Chrisp Cuts in Decatur, any time the shop is open, with the address and hours shown as soon as you pick it. In Powder Springs it is a meet-up instead of a locker: Reesey texts you to arrange a time and a spot downtown. Or mail them in from anywhere in the U.S.
